Adina Ostoia joined the firm as an attorney in May 2019. She has more than a decade of experience handling California personal injury cases.
Adina was born and raised in Romania. Her family moved to Sherman Oaks when she was 17 years old. The San Fernando Valley has been her home ever since then, except for the four years she spent in New York City during college at Fordham University.
In her practice, Adina helps clients with all types of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability cases, and incidents involving dog bites and dog attacks. Her extensive experience with these types of cases enables her be extremely vigorous in pursuing compensation for her clients.
Adina is passionate about her work and cares deeply about her clients and their families. In addition to providing a client with the highest quality legal services, Adina focuses intently on developing a strong relationship with each client. She recognizes the importance of clear, on-going communication and always responds to client questions and inquiries in a timely manner.

Before joining the firm, Adina practiced personal injury law at other Los Angeles firms for more than ten years. She especially appreciates the firm’s exclusive focus on personal injury cases and the client service approach and philosophy of the firm.
The transition to KJ Injury & Accident Lawyers, PC was quite natural and comfortable for Adina. She and the other two attorneys at the firm graduated from Loyola Law School in the same year. She and Aleksey Katmissky served on the International and Comparative Law Review together. Since her friendship with the other lawyers goes back many years, Adina feels a strong sense of camaraderie at the firm.
Adina, her husband, and two young (and very active) boys live in Studio City. When she isn’t at the office, she loves spending time with her family. They especially enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and going to the beach. The boys love animals, so the family also frequently visits Los Angeles zoos and the Aquarium of the Pacific.
